The dirty flexographic washout solvent is collected directly from your facility and transported to our dedicated solvent recovery plant. There, the solvent is reprocessed and precisely adjusted back to its original formulation.

FlexoChem’s intelligent early order system has been designed to ensure you never run low on critical flexographic washout solvent. Installed directly on your solvent tanks. We monitor solvent levels in real time and automatically send an SMS alert to both your operations manager and the FlexoChem team when levels approach a predefined threshold.
This proactive system triggers a seamless response for us to collect the ‘dirty’ or used solvent from your site and replace it with ‘clean’, high-quality solvent, ensuring continuous operation without downtime or manual tracking.
Solvent Tank System
The FlexoChem 2- or 4- way solvent tank systems are designed to streamline your flexographic washout process with maximum efficiency and zero downtime.
Our tanks systems feature separate tanks for ‘clean’ and ‘dirty’ solvent – either one of each (2-way) or two of each (4-way) allowing for continuous rotation and uninterrupted operation.
With this smart, automated system in place, your solvent supply and solvent recovery needs are always met – reliably, efficiently and ensures plate processor stays running, even during peak production periods.
